Chris’s Super Soft Cinnamon Rolls ☘️
Dough
800g - 6 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour
400ml - 1 2/3 Cups of Milk
40g of Fresh yeast or 4tsp instant dry yeast
120g - 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of Sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of Cardamom
2 Large Eggs
175g - 3/4 Cup of Butter
Cinnamon Filling
150g - 2/3 Cup of Butter
150g - Soft Dark Brown Sugar
4 tsp of Cinnamon
3 tsp of Potato or Cornstarch
Cream Cheese Frosting
60g - 1/2 Cup of Icing Sugar
60g - 1/4 Cup of Butter
200g/8oz tub of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Bake at 190C Conventional Oven for approximately 25 minutes
