Yes, I named the handshake after Yugi's catchphrase. I was a huge fan of Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series back when I uploaded this.
And no, I'm not in the handshake. Those are my friends, Kiyon (starting left) and William (starting right). I recorded this (you can even hear my voice at 0:02 & 0:49).
