Part 2 of the Super Square One Column Tutorial. Here we dive into the inner layers. Really, it's the same thing as the outer ones, you just have to be careful with the movement. The part with the pairing is hard to demonstrate and takes a little bit of playing around with it. Just keep at it and you'll get it. The most useful part will likely be the algorithm to get the pair lined up. The actual pairing takes...patience!
We finish it off with the use of the one algorithm to place all the pairs correctly.

If you want to do the 3 cycle permutation, then do a U and then repeat that algorithm.
If you have two pairs next to each other that need to be swapped, then do the algorithms 6 times, separating each one with a U
