Demonstration of energy transfer between a bouncing basketball and a tennis ball dropped together, giving a physical analogy to how energy from a bouncing collapsing iron/nickel core can transfer energy to infalling gas during a core-bounce supernova. Not a exact physical analogy (i.e., no neutrino or neutron winds, it's not relativistic or billions of degrees), but it gives the idea of transfer of energy.
