Suspected DUI- Caught Misbehaving

At 9am. Daly City Officer observed an erratic driver in Pacifica. The officer initiated the traffic stop. I was riding with Officer Will Smith of the Pacific Police Department participating in the saturation, traffic enforcement program who backed her up on this call after series of test she was booked for suspected DUI in San Mateo County. according to the arresting officer, she could’ve been booked at first chance, but her belligerent behavior resulted in her being booked for suspected DUI. Being arrested for DUI can cost you up to $15,000 in fines and legal fees.
