In this series of videos we will go over how to make a sweet hard apple cider. My sweet hard apple cider recipe is easy and takes around 20 mins to assemble.
Sweet hard apple cider
.25 gallons cranberry Juice
1 Gallon apple juice
2 Gallons apple cider
12 cinnamon sticks
2 pounds brown sugar
Add cranberry juice, sugar and cinnamon sticks to pot and simmer for twenty minutes.
Add apple juice and apple cider to fermenter then the cranberry juice
Let cool and pitch your yeast
add air lock and wait for fermentation to complete.
