There’s been some discussion on the Jim Dandy Player’s Group on Facebook about lowering the tuning on a JD a full step, etc. I keep mine, generally in open G tuning, but found it sounds real nice when capo’d on the 2nd fret in open G. That’s the sweet spot…thus the name of this tune.
