Swift Mechanical Splicing - Economical Fibre Jointing

The Opticreach Mechanical Splice incorporates a V-Groove fibre alignment method that centers the fibre core and provides extremely accurate alignment. Average splice losses for the Mechanical Splice are 0.2dB, each mechanical splice is universal and will accept 250μm and 900μm. Minimal training is required and by simply stripping, cleaving and Clamping it is a fast foolproof way to join optical fibres. The process does not involve any adhesives or special tools & can be completed in less than two minutes.
