This video demonstrates SwimSync, a cloud-native swim team management platform built using AWS cloud technologies and modern full-stack development tools. SwimSync was developed to modernize how competitive swim teams manage practices, attendance, meet coordination, swimmer progression, and team communication through a centralized cloud-based platform. This demo showcases: * Coach and swimmer workflows * Team management * Attendance tracking * Meet management * AI-powered practice generation * Cloud-based file storage * Swimmer analytics and progression tracking AWS services used in this project include: * AWS Amplify Gen 2 * AWS Cognito * AWS AppSync * AWS DynamoDB * AWS Lambda * Amazon S3 * Amazon Bedrock * AWS Amplify Hosting One of the main features highlighted in this demo is the AI Practice Builder powered by Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude Haiku 4.5, which generates structured swim workouts using serverless AI workflows. This project was created for a Cloud Computing course at Florida Atlantic University and demonstrates cloud-native architecture, serverless infrastructure, AI integration, authentication systems, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and scalable AWS backend design.
