Swoop - Reporting

In this video, we're going to go for the reporting section of the Swoop website. We will show you how to look at your reports. There's a lot of information that you can pull out of here, and it's very functional. I would suggest that you get in there and play around with it, look at what's going on with your business, take this information, and see how you can improve. In your insights, if you use the drop-down and go to service provider performance, you will be able to look at the call acceptance, ETA accuracy, location-based tracking, and NPS. These are all the metrics that Swoop says they use to determine how much call volume your business will receive.
