With your support, ChildServe will continue providing exceptional care to kids and teens like Sydney, who was born with spina bifida, which causes her to have no movement below her knees. Determined to help Sydney be as independent as possible and make sure she can achieve any goal she wants to achieve, her parents partnered with ChildServe's Developmental Clinic, Physical Therapy and Adaptive Equipment programs. With support from her ChildServe team and thanks to her determination and positive attitude, Sydney has achieved countless goals and hopes to inspire other kids with special healthcare needs to do the same.
