After installation replace the symapi_db.bin
c:\Program Files\EMC\SYMAPI\db\
CAUTION: Before copying the symapi_db.bin file get the consent from your customer since that includes all the confidential data.
Set the below two parameters
Set SYMCLI_OFFLINE=1
Set SYMCLI_DB_FILE = C:\Program Files\EMC\SYMAPI\db\symapi_db.bin
