Conceived for an urban setting, the residence is composed of two interlocking volumes unified by a sculptural canopy that frames light, movement, and views. Each level unfolds as an interplay between openness and intimacy — the living and pool area at the core, private rooms above, and a tranquil rooftop lounge immersed in greenery. Natural ventilation, layered transparency, and material continuity define a home that feels both grounded and light. With its refined palette of teakwood, fiber cement, and aluminum lattice, the design translates tropical modernism into a timeless architectural statement — a home in sync with how life is lived.
