SYNTROPY
Created 100% locally on a 4090 GPU using Visions of Chaos. https://softology.pro/voc.htm An experiment giving AI total creative control over a movie. Using Ollama, the Gemma4:26b model was prompted with "i want to make a new text-to-video movie in the style of the qatsi movies. 30 scenes with an overarching structure to them like Koyaanisqatsi or Baraka. can you help?" LTX 2.3 was used to render the prompts that Gemma4:26b produced. ACE-Step-1.5-xl was used for the soundtrack during the 4 acts using the prompts Gemma4:26b gave. The only interaction the human had was rendering multiple batches of each prompt and selecting the best result videos and music for the final movie. These are the 4 movements or acts... Movement I: The Breath (Scenes 1–7) Theme: The Primordial. Slow, rhythmic, infinite, organic. The "Pre-Human" state. Visual Style: Extreme slow motion, macro photography, high dynamic range, soft natural light. Movement II: The Pulse (Scenes 8–15) Theme: The Emergence. The introduction of human rhythm, ritual, and labor. The "Birth of Civilization." Visual Style: Medium shots, steady camera movements, warm golden hour lighting, increased tempo. Movement III: The Friction (Scenes 16–25) Theme: The Acceleration. The "Koyaanisqatsi" phase. Chaos, industry, speed, and the loss of organic rhythm. Visual Style: High-speed time-lapse, jittery motion, neon/artificial light, "God's eye" top-down views, heavy motion blur. Movement IV: The Aftermath / Stasis (Scenes 26–30) Theme: The Synthesis or The Silence. The resolution of the tension. Is it decay, or a new beginning? Visual Style: Returning to slow motion, wide vistas, desaturated or ethereal lighting. YouTube does not allow enough characters for all the prompts, but LTX 2.3 matched them very well.
