T-Barmaster One Compact

T-Barmaster One Compact™ is a casting machine for the production of top-quality gold and silver ingots and bars (from 1 oz to 1 Kg) starting from precious metal grains. Precious metal grain is contained in covered isostatic graphite molds, which are placed on an ingoing Conveyor Belt™, alternated with graphite spacers and organized in groups. The first group of molds and spacers enters the first chamber of the furnace (melting chamber) by means of a pusher. When the melting operation is finished, the first group is pushed forward to the second chamber (solidification chamber) and in turn a new group enters the furnace, resulting in a continuous production line. After a first solidification, the group is pushed inside the third chamber (cooling chamber), where the ingots can solidify gradually and thus avoid any cooling process flaw. In the three chambers a controlled atmosphere is guaranteed to prevent the deterioration of the molds by oxidation, which would result in a distorted shape of the final ingot. The group of molds and spacers coming out of the furnace tunnel is pushed onto a second Conveyor Belt™ which transports it to a station where the covers and then the ingots can be removed. Precious metal ingots are now ready for a further processing, such as logo stamping and numbering, or for packaging and delivery. An additional connecting conveyor belt (Conveyor Chain™) can be inserted between the two Conveyor Belts. It can be served by an anthropomorphic robot. The robot performs the operations of removing the lid of the ingot molds, removing the ingots from inside them and filling the molds with precious metal grains. In this way, the production process of the ingots becomes fully automatic.
