T-Sorting

T-Sorting is an automatic blank coins & bars weight check and sorting. The 100% precise & accurate weight control in the production process is the only way to optimize the production. In addition, the weighing offers the possibility to divide the coins/blanks in weight classes and so prepare them for a possible material recovery. With T-Sorting, this delicate weighing and sorting process is automated, and the material is sorted into compliant, underweight or overweight. The weighing process happens with a resolution of 1 mg and with a repeated precision of +/- 2mg. If the measurement shows that the product does not have the desired weight, it will automatically be displaced into the reject area and will not move on to the following production process. -- T-Sorting è un sistema automatico di controllo e selezione del peso di monete e lingotti. Il controllo del peso preciso e accurato al 100% nel processo di produzione è l’unico modo per ottimizzare la produzione. Inoltre, la pesatura offre la possibilità di suddividere le monete in classi di peso e di prepararle per un eventuale recupero di materiale. Con T-Sorting viene automatizzato questo delicato processo di pesatura e selezione, e il materiale viene suddiviso in conforme, sottopeso o sovrappeso. Il processo di pesatura avviene con una risoluzione di 1 mg e con una precisione ripetuta di +/- 2 mg. Se la misurazione mostra che il prodotto non ha il peso desiderato, viene automaticamente spostato nell’area di scarto e non passa al processo di produzione successivo.
