Kelly Galloup's T&A Bunker is a great baitfish imitation. It started as a juvenile rainbow in the initial design, and has since covered just about every possible food source for every potential predatory fish out there. The lightweight design and overall movement of this pattern makes it a joy to fish and nearly irresistible to the biggest fish in the ditch.
