Tableau - Create Custom Filters Using Sets

How to create custom filters using the Sets feature of Tableau. I created the latest date filter, last 7 days filter, last 30 days filter, and years filter. Please note that the years filter (and other non-custom filters - category, sub-category, etc.) provided by Tableau will work alongside the custom set filters.
