Hello everyone! Today we are going to learn some of the basic kicks in Taekwon-do: ap chagi, yop chagi, dwi chagi and dollyo chagi. These exercises will teach you the basic kicks of Taekwon-do and we are also going to do some balancing. Now you will only need to practice the kicks alone. It is good to do these moves in front of a mirror to check if you are doing them right.
