I used to be an addict of all things. Drugs and alcohol mainly. Until I found a way to separate myself from that life and find peace. My father left me before I was born. My mother was a serious drug addict and drinker. Eventually, she gave up for a better life. I had one and still do. I just did a lot of drugs to hide from the depression and pain of losing many Christmases and other holidays with family. My brother, my cousins, and my mom. Especially my grandmother, whose death I don't know if she is dead or not. But she took care of me, and she was or is a good woman, and I know I'll see her again. Take her life stride by stride. One day at a time. There at the moment when it seems quiet. God whispers and gives you peace and order. He's always here for and watching over you. Talk to him. Whisper to him. Ask him to help.
