“The Good Dance”
Almost six weeks since Bob passed and I still lose myself in the depths of grief. This chapter addresses what we can do in such situations, how we can ‘reframe the frame,’ as Bob puts it — and how feeling the lightness within the heaviness of an emotion can open us to a more expansive experience. We also use a dance metaphor — sensing a larger energy moving through us, we may open to the realization that we are both the dancer and the dance.
