Talks with Bob ~ Chapter 55
Dreaming with Whales… I am gliding with a group of whales. They tell me that when a pod member dies, all the pod shares the grief. By sharing the grief together, it's not too much for any one of them. It’s a sweet sadness, they say. They feel the loss but so also they feel the gain of having known that whale, of how it changed each of their lives in some way. You can do that too, they tell me. You can acknowledge the loss and also feel the gain, the joy and pleasure of having known that beloved spirit being. This chapter begins with a dream and explores the ways in which we change when we open to grief.
