Recently I finished a few drawings on tiles with color splashed background. I used Ecoline inks with water on a watercolor paper tile. After drawing with an ink pen, shades and highlights were added with several media: pencils and watercolor pencils (I used Faber Castell’s Albrecht Dürer), Kuretake Zig brush pens and a white Posca pen.
I also used a small spray bottle with water, some paper towels and cosmetic cotton swabs. 🙃
The movie is sped up so the actual drawing speed was at half a speed of what’s shown in the movie.
