One day during prayer, I asked the Lord, “What do You desire of me?” As I reflected, a verse from 1 Thessalonians 4:3 spoke to my heart: “It is God’s will that you should be sanctified.” This verse touched my heart and became the inspiration behind this song. It reminded me that among God’s many desires for us, He calls us to live holy lives. My prayer is that, as individuals and as a church, we may continue to grow in the journey of sanctification. May this song become a prayer for all who sincerely seek to live a holy life that is pleasing to God.
