tape! hands-on 🙌
Welcome back! After a long pause It is time to walk you through the functions and workflows of tape! I found myself to be a pretty so-so presenter. After spending almost two weeks shooting jams and trying to stitch the into something like presentation, eventually I was carried away each time. And you'll see that reflected in the video. Meet you at Kickstarter: https://b.edti.me/ks/2036d8 A couple thoughts crossed my mind during this process. First. tape! is perpetual inspiration machine. There are always new ways to use it, new ways to love it, new ways to destroy something etc. Second. A lot of actions on this machine are destructive, just like with real tape. At first, I thought having undo option could be a nice thing, but then it hit me: doing so would limit the freedom to express yourself destructively. That would take away the magic of happy accidents. Third. Although the user experience is still a bit rough around the edges, tape! is ready to see much more hands and inspire even more people. Finally. This is by no means a complete walkthrough, but I hope it helps you scratch the surface. https://www.instagram.com/its_your_bedtime/ https://www.patreon.com/c/its_your_bedtime/ https://b.edti.me/ Timecodes: 0:00 Intro 0:56 Playback 4:33 FX 6:05 Looping #tape #kickstarter #audio
