TDDFT and simulating spectra through the Psi4 Python API

Roberto Di Remigio shows how to perform time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) computations with Psi4 1.4, and demonstrates a simple programming exercise in Python of how to oscillator strengths and construct line-broadened spectra. Elements of the theory of TDDFT are also presented.
