My name is Ricardo Ang. I volunteer on Friday nights at a retirement home to instruct the residents on how technology - most notably, computers - can enrich their lives. It's a very rewarding experience and I encourage everyone to do the same. I troubleshoot their problems, show them how they can protect themselves from online predators, managing emails, navigating social networks.
