You may be able to share the screen and use a drawing app. Another method is to share the whiteboard using your computer but do the annotate using your phone. Another method is that when you share screen,an option is given that is share via airplay (if your phone and computer are joined to the same network) or via cable (if your phone is hooked to your computer via a cable).
