This video by The Energy Conservatory (TEC) demonstrates how to use a variety of diagnostic tools along with building science principles to evaluate a home's performance and create a scope of work that reduces energy usage and increases comfort. Then working with a local building performance contractor, Seelen Advanced Weatherization (SAW Inc.), we completed the suggested actions resulting in more than a 50% reduction in the home's air leakage rate.
