TURN ON ADNOTATIONS
Technics SL-P8 problem. Laser rack drive belt is replaced. When this rapid clicking is heard, laser rack is on HOME position and want to go further beyond this position. When I load a cd it will normally start, play music and afer 10 seconds there is sound distortion and then mechanism is going crazy.
EDIT
After replacing capacitators on breadboard under CD drive, it is working as good as new.
