For the girl I used Spectrum Noir: Hair: GB1, GB6, GB8 / Skin: FS2, FS3, TN2 / Shirt: BT1, BT2, BT4, OR1, FS2, FS3 / Pants: TB9 / Balloons: CG2, CG3, CT1, CT3, BT2, BT4, PP3, PP4.
I also used a White Wink Of Stella Pen on the balloons for some extra shimmer!
