The initial spark came while listening to Shred'er - Primitive Beat. The bass and sub movement was my inspiration. From there, I explored a more modern, cinematic approach to psychedelia, taking subtle inspiration from Anyma & Rebūke - Syren, and creating my own version of atmospheric electric shocks. On the melodic side, I looked back to classic psychedelic storytelling, the hypnotic, ritual-like lead energy found in timeless psy classic Astral Projection - Mahadeva. This track may sit far from its inspirations in form, but it represents my personal attempt to connect old-school psychedelic spirit with modern sound design and midtempo movement.
