Tempest discussed - Loading empty projects? Does it even have it as a standard feature?

This is a video about loading empty projects. I have to be completely honest, and say that I only know how I do this on units with the exact same operative system, and probably exact same factory settings. But I don't remember why. Most of you'll probably have to create your "blank project" from scratch. Please fill me in if you have some knowledge covering this.
