I show a new hack for cutting XPS foam to create insanely fast wargaming terrain, miniature scenery, stone buildings, and Osgiliath-style Lord of the Rings terrain. In this video I test laser-scoring foam on the Falcon A1 Pro, design custom brick and flagstone patterns in Illustrator, and use them to build a Gondorian stone manor inspired by Osgiliath. Think perfect arches, windows, doors, shingles and stonework… all cut in minutes.
