The defendants reportedly stopped paying the plaintiff for his work, so he’s suing. The defendants insist that after the plaintiff completed the job, they noticed a large gap between the bathtub and the wall. The defendants are countersuing for additional money needed to fix the plaintiff’s terrible work and redo the installation.
