Testing TCPC on my multi-axis 3D printer.

Test of the tool center point control (TCPC) function that was added to a development version of Marlin firmware. The new G-codes G43.4 (enable TCPC) and G49 (disable TCPC) make continuous multi-axis operation of 3D printers easier.
