i started testing with the new 4 channel scope siglent SDS1104-U
i checked the mosfet is fine , i have to check what was that at the end , maybe the dc to dc i will check it out , the good thing is i have made 2 boards just in case , but i will work on check the board and see what was the issue. , the fuse is fine and the mosfet is fine .
UPDATE : the issue was the mosfet driver was replaced and back to work now , i think we need to replace the driver because it can handle only 1200V and 6 amps and for sure i went over these 2 values
