Tex Mex Beef Quesadillas

Peace! ************************************** Tex Mex Beef Quesadillas Ingredients 1 tablespoon avocado oil 1.9 lbs 80% ground beef 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tsp All Purpose House seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tbs chili powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 cup diced yellow onions 1/3 cup chopped fresh pico de gallo 1 1/2 tsp Better Than Beef Bouillon 1/4 cup water 1/4 green salsa verde sauce 1 tsp cornstarch 3-6 (8-inch) flour tortillas 2 cups shredded mixed cheddar cheeses Sour Cream Sauce 1/3 cup full fat sour cream 3 tbs heavy whipping cream 3 tbs pickled jalapeño peppers juice 1 tsp garlic powder Directions Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ground beef and Worcestershire sauce and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Then add all of the seasonings and the diced onion. Drain any excess fat from the meat and stir in pico de gallo and the Better Than Beef cornstarch mixture ; set aside. In a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat , add a tortilla to the pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes until it’s lightly browned. Use a spatula to turn the tortilla over and cook the other side. On half of the tortilla, add a handful of the grated cheese. Add 3 -4 tbs of the ground beef. Fold the tortilla in half over the ingredients to make a half circle . Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with the other quesadillas. Sour Cream Sauce Mix all of the ingredients together in a small. Serve with pico de gallo and sour cream sauce.
