I planned to do this tutorial earlier and when someone asked me to do it, well, I had no choice. I know that you can do that 1st effect with an overlay but I don't have it... I didn't even know that there is one so I did it my way. is it easier? hard to say. but I can say it's really useful :) and it look so pretty, right? ♥ I love neons af
