[TF2] A Very Infectious Update

Thanks for watching, and Happy Halloween. :) @Valve, thanks for finally getting something right. With V-Script-powered custom gamemodes now formally in the game and reinforced with a seasonal example, the door has been opened to TF2 actually having a community-powered future. Which, to be frank, is not something I was expecting. Dead Game Lol only applies if the game appears to be a dead-end, but with this update, I'm starting to lean towards the idea that this game might actually never kick the bucket. We'll see if we ever end up getting that Heavy update, but even if we don't, the community can now make maps that might as well do it for Valve, and there's a non-zero chance they might make it into the game anyways.
