Thai Veggie Curry
A quick Thai Veggie Curry that you can make in no time at all! This is a good basic curry that you can use to create your own curry recipe! Try this out for yourself and see how you like it! Thai Veggie Curry 8 oz Bamboo Shoots 5 oz Water Chestnuts 7 oz Baby Corn 13.5 oz Coconut Milk 4 T Fish Sauce 2 T Thai Red Curry Paste 2 T Sugar 2 T Lemongrass 1 C Water 2 T Oil Heat oil in a pot Add curry paste and stir to cook for 2 minutes. Add lemongrass, combine and cook an additional minute. Pour coconut milk, stir and cook for 5 - 10 minutes. Add fish sauce and sugar, stir as well to combine.
