Ok, this is what's going on more or less in the TJ Hooker scene. I'm going by memory so please correct me if I'm wrong.
Bad guy is out to kill Hooker. Clues lead to Celest (Chris Morley) because the bad guy would write to Celest when he was in prison, he also sent her a painting of a landsacep near to where he used to work. The landscape painting leads them to the bad guy.
Oh, and the lady cop is obviously jealous because Chris is alot prettier than she is:) Just kidding, about the girl cop LOL!!
