The Aquavator Mk2! [Tutorial] READ DESCRIPTION

ATTENTION: READ If your Aquavator does not work, and you have triple-checked your repeater timings, then try this fix: Go ahead and add a powered rail immediately adjacent to the top dispenser, and wiring as if you had another dispenser above the topmost one. We screwed up the tutorial by forgetting this one step, but it's the difference between working and not working. Thank you. Here it is, folks, the vastly improved Aquavator Mk 2!
