BHVR decided to buff Bubba by giving him an extra 2% speed basekit, with no penalty to the rev up time. This effectively enables Bubba to run faster than old double speed speeds with only the downside of beast marks and allowing for another addon with having to use knife scratches. I personally am not too big a fan of this change, but let me know what you guys think!
