People think violence is always physical, yet violence can be a verbal action too. Thousands of people die each year from bullying and it is the number one rising issue that women and girls face today. One act of bullying can cause a chain reaction that is negative, effecting the victim as well as their families, friends and peers. Bullying with girls and women is one of the easiest problems to avoid, but it starts with us. It starts with girls and women making the decision to create a positive change reaction but spreading kindness.
