A photo challenge was issued to collect a series of images in Chester, depicting subjects from an itemised list. The only stipulation was that they be current images taken after a specific date and the interpretation could be as wide as the author wanted.
I decided to throw a twist into my collection - I have long been fascinated by the work of Saul Leiter and abstract impressionism. I loved the way he worked in multi layered compositions involving reflections and long focal length lenses to compress the subject matter.
