The Double Cross Tango
[Intro] (A weeping Arabic Oud melody in A minor, suddenly crushed by a heavy, mechanical thrash-metal guitar riff and a slow, stomping industrial Tango rhythm) [Verse 1] Two beautiful shadows, drinking the same sweet wine, One was my sunset, the other my sunrise line. Best friends since childhood, closer than skin to skin, I thought I was a master of this double, secret sin. They didn’t know about the nights, the promises, the keys, I brought them both to their beautiful, fragile knees. It started so perfect, an erotic, delicious high, Two parallel realities under the midnight sky. [Chorus] Oh, dance the heavy thrash-tango of blood and ice! I thought I was rolling the winner’s digital dice. An A-minor trap with a Middle Eastern cry, Watching my own sanctuary burn and die. The industrial drums are pounding a dark design, They caught me in the middle of their border line! [Verse 2] I walked into the mansion, expecting a silent space, But they were sitting together, staring me in the face. No tears in their eyes, no sorrow upon the cheek, Just a cold, metallic smile that made my body weak. They locked the steel doors, they tied my hands with wire, And threw my heavy secrets straight into the fire. They didn't fight for my heart, they didn't scream or cry, They just left me in the dark... to watch my kingdom die. [Bridge] (The thrash guitars drop out completely. Only a thick, pulsating sub-bass, a crying Duduk, and a very close, cold whisper into the microphone) They were never rivals... They were a single blade. And I was just a foot-note, In the game that they played. [Outro] (A massive, chaotic explosion of sound: the industrial Tango rhythm returns with blistering thrash-metal double-bass drumming and a screaming Baritone Saxophone solo. An Arabic Qanun plays a frantic Persian scale. The low baritone voice growls cynically as the music reaches its peak.) Checkmate, my friend. Two of a kind. The curtain falls. (Fade out with a heavy mechanical door slam and a sudden, sharp guitar feedback)
