I'm trying out something where I give an update on The Drifter, and chat briefly about a random topic. I'm recording these at the start of a dev stream and doing zero editing so they can be minimal effort (because I have no time to spare!). My idea is that doing it the easy way, I'll be able to keep up with it.
Today's topic is 'Non Puzzles' in adventure games. Basically, puzzles that are so obvious, you can't really call them a puzzle at all. Is there any value to them? Should they just be streamlined out of the design?
If anyone has thoughts on the topic, I'd love to see it in the comments!
