This Black Forest in disguise is composed with two layers of light chocolate sponge soaked with a vanilla and Kirsch syrup, a light chocolate Pastry cream, a fresh black cherry compote, a Vanilla Mascarpone whipped cream and a chocolate crunchy Dough! 🤤
