Meet our first producer: Rachel Hall of Gutchpool Farm.
Rachel is part of last year's @top50farmers cohort and has become a true force in regenerative farming since taking on the land at Gutchpool. She's been quietly transforming the land from the soil up and the results speak for themselves through the returning wildlife, a thriving ecosystem, and incredible tasting meat from the diverse pastures her sheep feed from.
Heron’s first supper club on Saturday 20th June, will put her incredible hogget at the centre of the table, alongside the finest seasonal produce from the surrounding area.
